Champagne Margarita Strawberries

I absolutely LOVE strawberries...they are the perfect year round treat. I was inspired to create my own version of the strawberry shooters from Delish. I even attempted to do the "Tasty" style video of how to make these sweet/salty fruity bites.

Here is what you'll need:

Fresh Strawberries

Mini Pipettes

1 ounce of Tequila...I opted for Casamigos

1 ounce of lime juice

1 ounce of triple sec

1 ounce of champagne

2 tablespoons of sugar

1/2 teaspoon of salt

lime zest

Instructions:

1. Mix your Sugar and salt in a shallow dish. Don't forget to add your lime zest!

Step 2: Roll your strawberries in the salt/sugar mixture making sure each side is coated.

Step 3: Mix all of your liquid ingredients together. I did this in a measuring cup to make it easier to measure the total ounces needed.

Step 4: Next take your mini pipette and draw out 3/4 of your mixture.

Step 5: Insert your pipette at an angle into your strawberry, making sure not go through the entire strawberry.

I went ahead and arranged it on a nice wooden platter for easy display. The contrast and mix of flavors are so delicious and the pipette is such a fun party tool, these are a hit and won't last long.
