Pineapple Peach Prosecco Punch

As summer is winding down and kids are headed back to school, I was in desperate need of some last summer “hurray” vibes. Here comes my “extra”ness turning her head with this bubbly bar set up on what else…a bar cart! (obviously)

Now as the title states this is a Pineapple Peach Prosecco Punch but I did try it with my Le Grand Courtage Brut Champagne and it tasted delicious with this addition as well as a Prosecco. Even using a mocktail version of Tonic Water or Sparkling Water or lemon lime soda gives a great summer bubble vibe.

Ingredients:

Fresh Pineapple Slices ( 1 cup)

Fresh Sliced Peaches (1 cup)

1/4 cup of simple syrup

1 bottle of Prosecco or Champagne | mocktail – sparkling water, tonic water or lemon lime soda

  1. Muddle pineapple and peaches

  2. Add simple syrup to create a thicker paste – slowly

  3. Add 1/4 cup of white wine

  4. Blend together into a frothy fruit blend

  5. Pour into coupe glass and top off with your bubbly choice

  6. Garnish with pineapple leaves and pineapple slice

One thing I love about this drink is the self serve element. Pour your bubbly into a beautiful dispenser and add fresh garnishes so guests can top off as much as they’d like. No shame in our Sunday Funday game.
