Simple “Cinco” Style

I love Cinco de Mayo because of the bright colors and the passion behind everyone’s love for the festivities. In honor of the holiday, I decided to play around with a simple “Cinco” set up. My love for bar carts and trays has no end…(be on the lookout for a huge unveiling and project SOON) and I of course had to incorporate my staple styling tool.

I’m a sucker for great packaging and the bright colors of these flavor packed Jarritos were a requirement for this set up.

Had to stick with the Cinco theme and try my hand at a pineapple lime-a-rita. The only thing missing? A Twirl Cotton Candy Topper…no worries though, the lime & pina colada flavors were perfectly with this sip.

Here’s a fun little drink you can whip up that is super tasty, fresh & has a nice little tangy kick.

Pineapple Lime-a-rita ingredients include Pineapple Juice & Chunks, Lime Juice (Slices to Garnish), Tequila, Triple Sec, Sugar

Step 1: Combine 1 1/2 cups…2 if you’re feeling bold of your choice Tequila (Suggestion: Don Julio), and 3/4 cup (or 1 wink wink) of Triple Sec in a Pitcher

Step 2: Mix in 1/2 cup of Lime Juice and 5 Tablespoons of Sugar …time for a quick taste test

Step 3: Pour in 1/2 cup of Pineapple Juice in the pitcher and give it a good mix…make sure you’ve stirred thoroughly

Step 4: Slice Lime wedges and let it infuse in the pitcher

Step 5: Salt or sugar? Rim your glass with whatever your choosing and CHEERS!
