Simple No Bake Cheesecake

One of my dad's favorite recipes and a staple holiday sweet. So easy to make too! We have it for Thanksgiving, Christmas and a dessert for the house because we keep the ingredients in the pantry.

My favorite way to serve is either in individual pie pans, mason jar cups or a super cute pie dish. Regardless of how you serve it - it will be devoured.

This time I didn't have a pre-made graham crust but made my own with some cinnamon graham crackers, melted unsalted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.

Ingredients for Pie Crust:

2 Sleeves of Cinnamon Graham crackers (crushed)

1/2 cup melted butter

1/4 cup of brown sugar

1/4 cup of granulated sugar

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together and use the butter as a binding agent for the graham crackers and

sugar.

2. Be sure to pack the mixture in so that it molds to fit the pie pan.

3. Chill for at least 3 hours before filling.

Cheesecake Ingredients:

1 package of cream cheese

1 can of condensed milk

1/3 cup of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.

Pour into pie dish after crust has been chilled and refrigerate over night to set.

Top with your favorite fruit topping (our household loves strawberry) or edible floral garnishes,

Serve cold and enjoy!
