Toast & Twirl Workshop - Spring Soirée 2021

Video By ZLeeTV

The Spring Soirée Toast & Twirl Workshop - Spring Soirée was the perfect welcome back after a year of living through the pandemic. The evening was what we all needed in getting back into the swing of social things and it did not disappoint! This year's spring soiree was a nice introduction to get our creativity flowing and to "re-learn" the art of celebrations, parties and a girl's night out.

The event was hosted in the beautiful jewelry store, Burdlife. Natasha creates jewelry that is dainty, beautiful and unique, distinct pieces that is sure to catch your eye. She hosts PJ & Piercing parties (PJ being permanent jewelry) that is the perfect addition to your daily wardrobe. Your outfit is not complete without your Burdlife jewelry piece.

The ladies were welcomed to the indoor/outdoor event with Palace Party beverage company stationed at the door. Sarah, the owner of Palace Party created delicious cocktails/mocktails and

our signature frosé with the delicious Le Grand Courtâge Sparkling Rosé.

We know that drinks are a must for any memorable event regardless if it is a mocktail or cocktail. We also know that we eat and drink with our eyes first and a beautifully garnished drink enhances the entire experience.

Flowers, dried fruit, salts, sugars - the right combination compliments the flavors of each of the drink and not to mention the color is eye catching.

In case you missed the sips - here are two of the cocktails recreated the attendees were able to enjoy:

The following recipe was used to create the Frosé - try your hand at recreating this delicious drink.

*Mocktail version - Raspberry Lemonade, Raspberry Syrup and Simple Syrup (add some sparkling soda or lemon/lime soda for a splash of bubbles)

After enjoying the cocktails the ladies had two additional stations to create and craft, one being Amanda Bee's Floral who brought in the gorgeous blooms for the Floral Station.

She instructed the ladies on creating a posey bouquet with simple design techniques and tips.

Amanda recently opened a flower shop that is not only beautiful inside but is also filled with local and small business treasures and finds. Flowers are great but shopping and supporting women owned small businesses is even better. Be sure to pay her a visit and schedule a posey delivery because you deserve it. She also hosts her own floral workshops so be sure to visit her website, social media or give the store a call to find out more information.

Throughout the evening, the ladies enjoyed the live musical sounds of DJ Wayne. From old school to new school, r&b to pop and everything in between. Highly recommend to book for your next event when you are wanting a great live music experience.

The final craft station the ladies were able to enjoy was a Tea Blending Station by TeaSip.

Claire and Jessica brought their expertise and knowledge with the variety of tea ingredients and flavor profiles. Attendees had the option of creating two delicious blends - Lavender Lemon and Chocolate Rose.

Measuring each herb and ensuring that the flavors compliment each other, the Ensuring the right measurements and amounts per blend, every herb

Everyone walked away with the great memory of creating their special tea blend & tea infuser to commemorate the Spring Soirée event.

One of my favorite surprises with the workshop happened to be Candace with Steele Magnolia Calligraphy.

She customized individual Le Grand Courtâge bottles for each attendee - from "I love you" to "Cheers!", Le Grand Courtâge reminds us to Live Joyously!

The evening was spent enjoying the company of others and getting to experience a sense of normalcy. Laughter, stories and memories were all made this evening and we ended wanting to recreate the memories again. Be sure to take time to visit each of the vendors from the event and sign up for the newsletter so you are in the know for the next Toast & Twirl Workshop...see you there?
